Czech President departs home after 3-day state visit

The President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, has left Ghana. His visit lasted three days.

He was seen off by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah. Ministers Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and Dr. Edward Omane Boamah were also present.

President Pavel arrived on Tuesday. He was welcomed at Kotoka International Airport's Jubilee Lounge.

Mr. Debrah and senior government officials greeted him there.

Later, President Pavel met with Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama at the Presidency.
