DVLA launches National Community Outreach to improve service delivery

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) launched its National Community Outreach initiative in Accra yesterday.

This initiative aims to improve public access to DVLA services. It also seeks to raise awareness about road safety and licensing regulations.

The program includes public education on road safety and licensing. It offers on-the-spot DVLA services, such as issuing, renewing, and replacing driver's licenses.

Mr. Kotey and Nii Ahene Nunoo III attended the launch with other stakeholders.

The outreach will take place in selected regions across the country. It will engage lorry stations, corporate institutions, religious organizations, and other interested groups.

The theme for this initiative is “Educating for a safer tomorrow.”
