Defence Minister engages NDC Greater Accra ward coordinators

The Minister for Defence, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, met with Ward Coordinators from the Greater Accra branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This meeting aimed to strengthen grassroots mobilization and party unity.

They discussed strategic planning and effective coordination at the ward level. This is crucial for ensuring electoral success.

In another event, Dr. Omane Boamah welcomed a visit from the National Executives of POJOBA.

The visit was to congratulate him on his appointment. They also expressed pride in his achievements as a former student of POJOSS.

Led by Rev. Fr. Ohene, Headmaster of POJOSS, they had an enriching conversation. They talked about the school’s legacy and its notable alumni.

Dr. Omane Boamah appreciated their visit and shared fond memories of his time there. He accepted an invitation to be the Special Guest of Honour at their Speech and Prize Giving Day in June 2025.

“I am truly honoured by this recognition,” he said. “May our alma mater continue to flourish.”
