Dominase murder: Police arrest 34-year-old man

The Ashanti Regional Police Command has arrested a 34-year-old man. His name is Robert Kwabena Boamah. He is connected to the murder of a young woman.

The victim, Dorothy Owusu Annor, was 23 years old. She was also known as Maa Abena. Her body was found near the Mighty Jesus Educational Complex in Dominase.

This discovery occurred on Monday, April 21, 2025. Preliminary investigations revealed an abandoned taxi at the crime scene. The taxi belonged to the suspect, leading to his arrest.

On Thursday, April 24, police issued a statement about the arrest. They confirmed that Boamah was apprehended at his hideout in Namong. This location is near Offinso in the Ashanti region.
