Don't underestimate the power of bold beginnings - Anthony Dzamefe urges youth

Anthony Dzamefe, founder and CEO of Caveman Watches, spoke at the Entrepreneurship Hub Africa event. This high-profile summit aimed to inspire young business leaders.

The event took place at the UPSA Auditorium. It was themed “Fill The Auditorium.” Hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs attended, guided by influential mentors.

Moses B. Arthur, a global speaker and real estate mogul, hosted the event. It focused on purpose, passion, and practical insights for attendees.

Mr. Dzamefe shared his journey from selling watches with little capital. He launched Caveman Watches in 2018 and built a globally recognized brand. His story resonated with many young entrepreneurs seeking their paths.

He encouraged attendees to face challenges with vision and determination. “Believing that your dreams are achievable is half the job done,” he said.

With authenticity and drive, he urged future entrepreneurs to start small. “Use what you have,” he advised, “and never underestimate bold beginnings.”

He stressed the importance of authentic brand storytelling. Caveman Watches embraces African heritage while maintaining a strong identity. “Innovation is about preserving your origin while adapting to the future,” he explained.

Mr. Dzamefe has received many awards over the years. These include Entrepreneur of the Year and recognition among Africa’s 100 most influential young leaders.

The event was powered by Entrepreneurship Hub Africa and Pizzaman-Chickenman. Its theme was “Trailblazers Unite: Shaping Tomorrow’s Ghana Today.”

The lineup included speakers like Dr. Ing. Stephen Debrah-Ablormeti and Makeda Smith. Other notable speakers were Christian Boakye Yiadom and Kwame A.A. Opoku, among others.
