ECG committed to reliable power supply despite equipment issues – Ayiku

Charles Nii Ayiku Ayiku is the General Manager for External Communication at ECG. He assured customers that ECG is committed to providing reliable power. This commitment continues despite challenges with some equipment.

In an interview on Channel One Newsroom, he acknowledged issues with ECG's systems. Not all systems are currently working at their best. However, ECG remains focused on maintaining service delivery.

He explained that some equipment is not functioning properly. Periodic maintenance is necessary to improve these systems. Despite these challenges, ECG will continue to supply safe and reliable power.

His comments come as many customers express concerns about unstable power supply. This issue has been particularly noted in Accra and other areas of Ghana.
