Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu thanks Dagbon Kingdom for support

Ghana’s Education Minister, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, has expressed deep gratitude to the Dagbon Kingdom for their unwavering support during his vetting in Parliament.

During a courtesy visit to Yaa-Naa Abukari II, the Overlord of Dagbon, he personally extended his appreciation and reaffirmed his commitment to improving the education sector.

Hon. Iddrisu, who also serves as the MP for Tamale South, acknowledged President John Mahama for the opportunity to serve in government. He emphasized his vision for major reforms and transformations in Ghana’s education system.

Dagbon has a longstanding tradition of fostering education and cultural exchange.

By engaging with its leadership, the Minister seeks to strengthen collaboration between traditional authorities and government to drive meaningful progress in education and national development.
