Dzifa Gunu, the Acting CEO of Ghana Digital Centres Limited, has questioned Stan Dogbe. He asked if Dogbe delivered the petition from the “Save the Judiciary” demonstrators to President John Dramani Mahama.
Gunu expressed doubt about the delivery. He noted how Dogbe folded the petition in one hand. In a post on X, he asked, “But Efo Stan Xoese Dogbe, are you sure you sent it to your boss?”
After receiving the petition, Stan Dogbe addressed the group. He stated that all actions by President Mahama follow the 1992 Constitution.
Dogbe said, “We are happy that your process started this morning and ended peacefully.” He emphasized that this shows democracy under President Mahama.
He rejected claims that Mahama has a retaliatory agenda. Dogbe highlighted Mahama’s reputation as a unifying leader.
He added, “If there were retaliatory politics, we would have seen it over eight years.” He suggested that mentioning retaliatory politics admits past issues with former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Dogbe assured everyone that President Mahama does not believe in such politics. He described him as “too much father for all persons.” All current decisions align with the 1992 Constitution, he stated.
