Energy Minister Herbert Krapa has confirmed that Ghana's recent power outages have been resolved, assuring the public that there will be no more disruptions.
The outages, which affected several regions over the past two weeks, were caused by the shutdown of the Asogli power plant.
However, the plant is now back online and operating at full capacity, ensuring a steady power supply across the country.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo also addressed the issue, explaining that the outages were due to technical and capacity challenges, not financial constraints.
Both officials reassured Ghanaians that power supply would be stable going forward, with no further light-offs expected.
