Electroland Ghana slashes prices in “Cedis Apicki” promo following cedi gains

Electroland Ghana Limited has announced a significant price reduction. This applies to their Samsung, Midea, TCL, and Nasco products. The promotion is called the “Cedis Apicki Promotion.”

The company aims to support Ghanaian business owners and consumers. This follows the strengthening of the Ghana cedi against the US dollar.

Adiza Ibrahim, Head of Marketing & Media Relations, spoke to journalists in Accra on May 19, 2025. She stated that the price reduction began on Friday, May 16, 2025. It was officially confirmed on Monday, May 19.

Ibrahim noted that there is no specific percentage for the price cuts. However, she assured that the reductions are substantial across all products.

She said, “The good news is about a huge discount promo we are doing.” She emphasized that as the largest consumer electronics company in Ghana, they want to reflect the cedi's appreciation in their prices.

Today, May 19, 2025, Electroland Ghana Limited has reduced prices in line with government directives.
