The Minister of Employment, Labour Relations, and Pensions, Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, has inaugurated a modern office complex for the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC).

The four-story facility, funded by the government and built by First Beacon Architectural Limited, features advanced infrastructure, including a negotiation room, training facilities, and a 200-seat auditorium.

Speaking at the November 15 event, Baffour-Awuah emphasized the government’s commitment to decent work and productivity, urging staff to maintain high service standards and ensure proper upkeep of the facility.

FWSC Chief Executive, Benjamin Arthur, expressed gratitude to the government, highlighting the building as a symbol of commitment to fair wages in Ghana.
