Enterprise Group supports the establishment of a Dialysis Centre at Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital

Enterprise Group PLC, along with Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital and partners, opened a new Dialysis Centre on Friday, May 2. This centre is a significant step in improving healthcare access across Ghana.

The Dialysis Centre will enhance treatment for chronic kidney disease. It will especially benefit residents of the Eastern Region and nearby communities. This initiative reflects Enterprise Group’s commitment to making a sustainable impact.

Mr. Daniel Larbi-Tieku, CEO of Enterprise Group PLC, spoke at the event. He shared insights about the company’s journey of giving back.

“Last year, we celebrated 100 years of Enterprise Insurance,” he said. “We asked ourselves: What will our legacy be? The answer led to life-changing projects like this Dialysis Centre.”

Mr. Larbi-Tieku stressed that this centre is not just charity. It represents corporate social investment in the community.

“This defines our success—by touching lives and building futures,” he added. “Businesses thrive when their communities thrive too.”

The ceremony was attended by Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin. He praised the initiative and stated that healthcare is a constitutional right.

Member of Parliament Samuel Awuku also commended Enterprise Group for its leadership and impact.

The new Dialysis Centre includes advanced machines and a waiting area sponsored by Enterprise Group PLC. It aims to provide quality care closer to home for patients.

This project supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being. It reinforces Enterprise Group’s belief that business success is linked to social progress.
