An Accra High Court has issued a directive in the trial of Kwabena Adu-Boahene. He is the former head of the National Signals Bureau (NSB).
The court ordered the prosecution team to file all witness statements by May 26, 2025.
Justice John Eugene Nyadu Nyante gave this order to the Attorney General.
He expressed concerns about the personal liberties of Mr. Adu-Boahene and others. The judge urged the Deputy Attorney General to expedite the trial.
Mr. Adu-Boahene and his wife are currently on bail.
