Associate Professor of Education at Central State University, Prof Kwabena Dei Ofori Attah, has urged President John Dramani Mahama to address the challenges he inherited instead of continuing to point fingers.

Speaking on Accra-based OKAY FM, Prof. Ofori Attah emphasized that Ghanaians brought Mahama back into power because they believe in his capability to solve the country’s problems.

He warned against falling into the trap of blaming the NPP, stating that “NPP is a defeated dog,” and advised Mahama to focus on delivering on his promises, particularly those made during his first 120 days in office.

“Enough of the blame game. The power is now in your hands—go to the World Bank, take loans, and fulfill your promises,” he added.

This comes as concerns grow over a potential power crisis due to inadequate fuel procurement under the previous administration.
