Former NSB D-G to appear before court for allegedly diverting GH¢40m - A-G - Ghanaian Times

Mr. Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director-General of the National Signal Bureau (NSB), faces legal action. He is accused of diverting about GH¢40 million into his personal bank account.

The Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, made this announcement at a press briefing in Accra yesterday.

On January 30, 2020, Mr. Adu-Boahene signed a contract as NSB Director. This contract was between the Government of Ghana, the National Security Council, and an Israeli company called ISC Holdings Ltd.

The agreement was for purchasing a “Cyber Defence System Software” for US$7 million.
