Four dead, several injured in fatal Ho-Accra road collision

A tragic accident on the Ho-Accra Road near Anum-Asikuma claimed four lives on Saturday, February 1, 2025, when a Toyota RAV4 and a Toyota Hiace mini-bus collided head-on.

Both drivers, including Justice Adjei, known as Bob Marley, and two passengers died instantly. Eleven injured passengers were rushed to Peki Government Hospital for treatment.

Eyewitnesses reported that the Toyota RAV4, traveling from Accra, attempted to overtake another vehicle but crashed into the oncoming mini-bus from Ho to Koforidua.

The impact left both vehicles mangled beyond recognition.

Authorities are working to confirm the identities of the deceased and injured passengers while investigations continue.
