Sino Africa, a Jospong Group subsidiary, has accused Kwame Blay, son of former NPP Chairman Freddie Blay, of seizing 29 acres of its 328-acre property in Borteyman, Nungua.
The company claims Blay’s firms, Royal Bell Investments and Terraform Development, are illegally developing the land with armed guards and police support, allegedly backed by his father.
At a press conference, Sino Africa’s Gabriel Forsby called on the government to intervene, warning of potential conflict.
He revealed that despite a Court of Appeal order to maintain the status quo, unauthorized developments persist.
Sino Africa vowed to reclaim its land through legal means while urging authorities to enforce court directives and ensure peace.
