GA/R: 120 members matriculated into Madina Job Center

Mrs. Priscilla Naa Aklerh Okantey is the CEO of the Madina Job Centre in Accra. She announced that since its launch, the centre has completed 15 projects. These projects have positively impacted over 7,000 individuals across the country.

The centre has been operating since November 24, 2019. Mrs. Okantey explained that their vocational training modules are designed for young people. These modules provide practical skills that are in high demand today.

Participants receive quality education to excel in their fields. Training periods last six months, one year, or two years.

Mrs. Okantey also noted that training includes more than just technical skills. It incorporates entrepreneurial and soft skills development as well. This includes business management, marketing, personal branding, and using AI tools.

On April 8, 2025, the Madina Job Centre held a matriculation ceremony. The ceremony showcased training in fashion design, glass fabrication, carpentry, and hairdressing among others.

Mrs. Okantey encouraged new matriculants to embrace these modules. She urged them to invest in their future and commit to personal growth as they start their journey toward success.
