GACL MD tours Anateem airport project site in Bolgatanga

Mrs. Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare is the Managing Director of Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL). She recently visited the site for a new airport project in Anateem. This community is located in Sumbrungu, Bolgatanga, Upper East Region.

Her visit aimed to assess the land's suitability for construction.

Upon arrival, she was welcomed by Mr. Donatus Atanga Akamugri, the Upper East Regional Minister. He met her and her technical team at the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC).

She received updates on the project's progress from the Alangumgube Association. The association members helped clear and grade the land for the airstrip before her site tour began.
