The Ghana Education Service (GES) has rolled out a nationwide survey to assess the impact of the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and the Double Track System.
The initiative, announced on GES’s official Facebook page, seeks input from students, parents, and teachers on challenges and potential reforms.
While Free SHS has expanded access to education, concerns persist over overcrowding, infrastructure deficits, and teaching quality—issues exacerbated by the Double Track System.
The survey findings will inform discussions at the ongoing National Education Forum in Ho, where experts and policymakers are reviewing Ghana’s education sector.
GES urges public participation, emphasizing that the feedback will shape future education policies.
