The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has trained 19 officers in Chinese. This is the second batch of officers to receive this training. The goal is to improve communication at immigration checkpoints.

At the graduation ceremony, Deputy Comptroller of Immigration Edith Arhin spoke about its importance. She emphasized that language skills are vital in immigration work.
