The Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference (GITFiC) has presented a new curriculum.
This curriculum focuses on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It aims to deepen understanding of AfCFTA among students.
The goal is to empower students in Africa's economic integration and development.
The presentation took place at the University of Ghana in Accra on Tuesday. Professor Rosaline Kyeremanteng led the event. She is the Dean of Students and Champion of the GITFiC-AfCFTA Tertiary Students Club.
Professor Justice Bawole, Dean of the University of Ghana Business School, received the curriculum.
Selasi Kofi Ackom, CEO of GITFiC, spoke about the curriculum after the presentation. He stated that it is designed as a core subject for second-year students. This will be offered in their first semester.
