Ghana Wellness and Healthcare Awards return for 2025 edition with focus on national development

The second edition of the Ghana Wellness and Healthcare Awards has been announced. The event will take place on 23rd August 2025 in Accra.

Albony Global Communications is organizing this year’s awards ceremony. The theme is “The Role of the Wellness and Healthcare Sector in Ghana’s Socioeconomic Development.”

These awards celebrate excellence and innovation in Ghana’s wellness and healthcare sectors. Organisers believe these sectors are vital for the country’s long-term prosperity.

The event aims to recognize outstanding professionals, initiatives, and institutions. It seeks to combat demotivation among health workers and restore national pride.

“This event challenges the narrative of underappreciation in healthcare,” said organisers. They want to fuel national pride and raise standards in the sector.

The 2025 edition will gather various stakeholders. This includes policymakers, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, wellness advocates, and media representatives. It will highlight how health impacts Ghana’s socioeconomic growth.
