Go to court you seasonal association – Apaak tells GBA over resolution on Chief Justice

Deputy Education Minister Clement Apaak criticized the Ghana Bar Association. He said they only speak up when the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in power.

Apaak emphasized that the president will not be distracted from his duties. He made this statement in a Facebook post.

He noted that if the Ghana Bar Association believes any laws were broken, they can go to court.

“President John Dramani Mahama will not be distracted by a Seasonal Association,” he wrote.

His comments followed the Ghana Bar Association's call for the reinstatement of the suspended Chief Justice.
