Gyampo lauds progress on Boankra Inland Port

Professor Ransford Gyampo, Acting CEO of the Ghana Shippers Authority, has expressed satisfaction with the progress of the Boankra Integrated Logistics Terminal in the Ashanti Region.

During a working visit, he praised Justmoh Construction Limited for its commitment despite financial challenges.

The inland port, designed to ease congestion at Ghana’s major ports and improve trade, is expected to boost economic growth and job creation.

Project Director Dr. J.B. Koranteng Yorke revealed that phase one is 82% complete, pending financial clearance from the government to accelerate work.

Professor Gyampo reaffirmed government support for local firms in infrastructure projects, while Justmoh’s CEO, Dr. Justice Amo, pledged to deliver quality work to justify the investment.
