A group called Concerned Citizens of Assin South Constituency has spoken out. They demand an end to efforts to intimidate Rev. John Ntim Fordjour. He is the Member of Parliament for the area.
The group stated that constituents will not be intimidated. They said, “We stand by the truth, and we stand by Hon. Rev. John Ntim Fordjour.”
At a news conference in Nyankomasi Ahenkro, convenor Emmanuel Adu-Gyamfi condemned the government's actions. He criticized security agencies for their attack on the MP.
He described this act as unwarranted and an abuse of power. Adu-Gyamfi warned it sends a dangerous message to Ghanaians. It threatens those who support truth, transparency, and national interest.
