Health Minister Akandoh announces reduction in cost of application forms to nursing training colleges by GH¢50

*The Ministry of Health has announced a reduction in the cost of application forms for the 2025/2026 academic year for public health training institutions.

In a statement released on April 14, Health Minister Kwabena Mintah Akandoh revealed that GH¢50 has been deducted from the previous cost, lowering the fee from GH¢200 to GH¢150.

The move, according to the Minister, is aimed at making health education more accessible and affordable, especially for young applicants across the country.

Forms will go on sale from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and will be available until Thursday, June 19, 2025. Only GCB Bank PLC and ADB Bank have been authorised to sell the forms, with more application details expected soon.
