Health Ministry denies reports of swearing-in Sansa Daly to NHIA Board

The Ministry of Health has denied reports about Ms. Anne Sansa Daly.

Reports claimed she was sworn in as a member of the NHIA Board on May 27, 2025.

A press release from the Ministry, signed by spokesperson Tony Goodman, called these reports inaccurate and misleading.

Ms. Daly was initially appointed to the NHIA Board on May 19, 2025.

However, her appointment was revoked four days later on May 23, 2025.

This letter also named her replacement.

The Ministry clarified that Ms. Daly did not attend the swearing-in ceremony on May 27.

“The Ministry wishes to categorically deny the allegations in the publication,” the statement said.

It emphasized that Ms. Daly was not sworn in during that ceremony.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and due process in public appointments.

They assured the public that such matters are handled with diligence and accountability.
