Heavy rainstorm caused power outages in parts of Accra – ECG

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) confirmed power outages in Accra.

These outages occurred due to a heavy rainstorm on March 25, 2025.

The storm affected several communities in the area.

On March 26, ECG issued a public notice about the situation.

They assured customers that engineers are working hard to fix the issues.

ECG expressed regret for the inconvenience caused by the outages.
