I'll leave gov't if Ntim Fordjour is able to show any evidence - Kwakye Ofosu challenges

The Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has denied recent allegations. Ntim Fordjour claimed that Ofosu would resign if he could prove a cocaine haul.

This follows reports of an air ambulance and a private jet. These aircraft allegedly stayed in the country for several days before leaving. Concerns have been raised about their purpose and cargo.

John Ntim Fordjour, the Ranking Member of the Defence and Interior Committee, called for transparency. He urged authorities to disclose the contents of these aircraft. He suspects they may be linked to drug trafficking or money laundering.

In an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Senshow, Mr. Ofosu challenged Rev Fordjour. He stated, “If Ntim Fordjour can show any evidence of a cocaine haul, I will resign that very day.”

Ofosu emphasized that Fordjour lacks legitimate proof for his claims. “He has nothing to show; he is lying,” he said.

The Minister added that the allegations are so far-fetched. He remarked that even his ten-year-old daughter wouldn’t believe them.

He reaffirmed his confidence in the truth prevailing over falsehoods. Ofosu urged that such baseless claims should not dominate public discourse.
