I am now an MP you are still a blogger – A Plus mocks Paul Adom Otchere

Kwame Asare Obeng, known as A Plus, is the MP for Gomoa Central. He recently mocked Paul Adom Otchere, the host of Good Evening Ghana. A Plus criticized Otchere for still being a blogger despite being an MP.

A Plus recalled sleeping in a car at Kaneshie while Otchere was already established. He claimed that now, even as an MP, Otchere remains a blogger. A Plus suggested that Otchere has nothing valuable to attack except his wife.

This comment followed Otchere's claim on TV about A Plus taking GH₵250,000. A Plus questioned why Otchere did not mention other NPP MPs who received the same amount. He also revealed that he had been paid "good money" by Zoomlion's owner to stop discussing their contracts.

On Channel One TV, A Plus explained his actions regarding Zoomlion and Metro TV. He stated that he began discussing waste management to target Otchere’s boss at Metro TV. A Plus emphasized that he has grown but remains strict and tough.

He mentioned ignoring calls from Zoomlion and others who wanted to speak with him. A Plus warned Otchere about potential consequences if he continued his attacks. He concluded by stating he would not sue for defamation but hinted at future revelations about some of Otchere's friends.

A Plus reiterated that he stopped his waste management campaign after receiving payment from Zoomlion’s owner for past behavior on Metro TV.
