Businessman Daniel McKorley plans to continue criticizing government policies. He believes these policies often do not favor entrepreneurs.
His comments follow criticism from Gabby Asare Otchere Darko. Darko suggested that McDan should remain silent since he benefited from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
In an interview with Oyerepa TV, McDan explained his stance. He said he cannot stay silent when the business community is affected. He has been an entrepreneur for 30 years and knows which ministers are unresponsive.
McDan clarified that he was not attacking the NPP government. Instead, he was highlighting issues affecting the private sector. He stated, "If a policy is not good for the private sector, should I be selfish?"
When asked about his benefits from the party, he responded firmly. "I am not that kind of person," he said. "We need to criticize what is wrong."
He emphasized the importance of helping politicians create better policies. Notably, Vice President Bawumia was present when he made these statements.
