I have not had it easy under Akufo-Addo’s administration – Manasseh Azure

Award-winning journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni is set to launch his latest book, The President Ghana Never Got, on August 8, 2024.

In a recent interview, he shared the difficulties he faced as an investigative journalist during President Akufo-Addo’s tenure, including threats to his life and police protection.

Awuni revealed that the intense scrutiny and danger took a toll on his mental health, leading him to seek therapy.

His book, which delves into his interactions with President Akufo-Addo and the administration, promises to offer revealing insights and potentially explosive content about the current government.

The launch will be held at the Christ the King Parish Hall, opposite Jubilee House.
