I’m 80% convinced NPP did not mismanage Ghana—Freddie Blay

Freddie Blay Freddie Blay

Freddie Blay, former Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed strong confidence that the party did not mismanage the country under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Despite the economic challenges faced during their tenure, Blay insists these difficulties were not due to mismanagement.

Speaking in an interview with KSS Media, Blay acknowledged the struggles but pointed to external factors contributing to the situation. He noted that although many Ghanaians were unhappy, the dissatisfaction stemmed from economic hardships, leading to voter apathy, rather than any flaws in governance.

Blay stated that he is "80% convinced" that the NPP's governance was not marked by mismanagement.
