Former NEIP CEO Kofi Ofosu Nkansah has backed calls for the removal of CEOs appointed under former President Akufo-Addo who have not yet vacated their positions.
In a Facebook post, he argued that these public offices must be relinquished to allow new appointees aligned with President Mahama’s vision.
His comments echo sentiments by NPP’s Kofi Tonto, who also urged lingering appointees to step down immediately.
This comes as former SIC Insurance MD Hollistar Duah-Yentumi faces legal battles after reportedly locking up her office and withholding the keys, preventing her successor, James Agyenim-Boateng, from assuming his role.
In response, she has filed an injunction to block his appointment.
