I was billed for a segment; I never walked out of Multimedia Studios—Ntim Fordjour

Rev. Ntim Fordjour, the Ranking Member of the Defence and Interior Committee, denied claims he walked out of a studio during Newsfile on Joy News.

He stated he was scheduled for a specific segment and left afterward.

In a tweet, he accused the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications Director of spreading false information.

Rev. Fordjour believes the video of his exit was staged, not coincidental.

He tweeted, “I never walked out of Newsfile as claimed by Samson Ayenini and Sammy Gyamfi. I was only billed for one segment. After it ended, I was told another panelist would take over.”

“I left after my segment concluded and took a break to exit while my replacement entered. I informed Samson about his biased hosting.”

“Sammy Gyamfi filmed my exit and falsely shared it on WhatsApp, claiming I walked out. When Samson resumed after the break, he misleadingly said I had left the show.”

“Listen to what Samson said about me before and during my time in the studio. He made inappropriate comments that showed his bias against me.”

“Please disregard his claims and Sammy Gyamfi's false video—it was staged. I stayed for my full segment and exited afterward. Have a blessed Sunday!”
