Sam Nartey George, the newly nominated Minister for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations, has expressed his full trust in President John Dramani Mahama’s judgment, including the decision not to assign a deputy minister to his ministry.
In a recent media interview, Sam George stated that he was confident in Mahama’s leadership and would respect any structural changes made, including the absence of a deputy minister role.
The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram also remarked on the speed with which ministerial nominees were approved, calling it the fastest approval process in Ghana's history.
He took the opportunity to criticize the previous administration, led by former President Akufo-Addo, for focusing on large appointments instead of delivering results for Ghanaians.
