IDEG presents proposals to Constitution Review C’ttee

The Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG) presented its proposals on Friday. They submitted a memorandum to the Constitution Review Committee (CRC) in Accra.

The memorandum focuses on reforms in several areas. These include local governance, political parties, public service, and public enterprise.

Dr. Emmanuel Akwetey is the Executive Director of IDEG. He presented the memorandum alongside Prof. Kwesi Jonah, a Senior Research Fellow.

Prof. Kwesi Prempeh chairs the CRC. He acknowledged IDEG’s ongoing efforts in research and advocacy for good governance and democracy.
