IET-Ghana inducts 200 new members

At the recent induction ceremony of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana, Engr. Henry Kwadwo Boateng highlighted the critical importance of ethics and integrity in engineering.

He stressed that adhering to codes of conduct, being honest, and maintaining confidentiality are essential.

New members, who received their certificates, were reminded of their responsibility to uphold these standards and report unethical behavior.

Engr. Boateng warned against compromising safety, conflicts of interest, and other forms of misconduct, emphasizing that ethical behavior is crucial for maintaining public trust and the profession's reputation.
