IGP calls for proactive crime-fighting strategies amid rising attacks on MoMo vendors

In response to the increasing attacks on mobile money vendors, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. George Akuffo Dampare has emphasized the need for proactive crime-fighting strategies. During a meeting with stakeholders in the mobile money sector, he highlighted that these crimes not only threaten vendors but also undermine public confidence in financial systems.
