Ibrahim Mahama does it again; fully funds $70,000 surgery for a leukaemia patient

Ibrahim Mahama, a Ghanaian billionaire and philanthropist, has funded a surgery for a child. He covered the full $70,000 cost for one-and-a-half-year-old Phoebe. She was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia.

Reports indicate that Ibrahim Mahama paid all medical expenses for Phoebe. GHONE TV shared this news on X, stating his support for her life-saving surgery.

This act of kindness follows his recent help for Suzy Adwoa Pinamang. Suzy is a second-year student who was accidentally shot in the eye. Ibrahim sponsored her emergency treatment in the UK, and she can now see after surgery.

Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang praised Ibrahim upon her return to Ghana. At Kotoka International Airport, she expressed gratitude for his support during her recovery. She highlighted how he visited her in the hospital and provided essential assistance.

Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, CEO of KOFI TV and Radio, also thanked Ibrahim Mahama. He acknowledged Ibrahim's consistent generosity towards others before helping him during an eye injury recovery. Kofi noted that he would welcome Ibrahim's entry into politics if he chooses that path.

Ibrahim Mahama’s actions reflect his genuine character and commitment to helping others.
