It’s reasonable to say the money is ours – Martin Kpebu on Cecilia Dapaah’s wealth

Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has insisted that former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Abena Dapaah must explain the source of the large sums of money found in her home.

Speaking on TV3, Kpebu referenced findings from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), stating that she has been unable to justify how she acquired the funds.

“She was a Minister, so if we see her with such money, it is reasonable to say that it is our money,” Kpebu asserted.

Dapaah, however, maintains that part of the money belonged to her late brother and was kept in her care.

The controversy over her unexplained wealth continues to generate public outcry, with many calling for full transparency and accountability.
