John Dumelo pays GHS 10,400 in outstanding fees for visually impaired law student facing deferral

John Dumelo, NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, has paid GHS 10,400 in outstanding fees for a visually impaired law student at the Ghana School of Law.

The student, Gabriel Selassie Doe, faced deferral due to unpaid fees, having already sold his laptop to offset some costs. Dumelo intervened after the student reached out through a mutual friend.

Sharing the news on X, Dumelo revealed he not only settled the fees but also provided funds to recover the student's laptop.

The gesture has been widely praised, highlighting Dumelo’s dedication to education and support for individuals facing adversity.

The intervention ensures the student can continue their studies without disruption.
