Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo has announced that the judiciary is aggressively digitizing operations to address land litigation issues in Ghana.
A committee of judges and surveyors is developing strategies to combat land guards and reduce violent land ownership conflicts.
This committee will create a comprehensive database and find solutions to ease land litigation pressures.
Torkornoo emphasized involving experts for direct insights to ensure the initiative's success. She assured that these efforts will soon make accessing justice easier and less traumatic for Ghanaians, enhancing their ability to seek and obtain justice in court.
