Justmoh Construction appeals for expedited payments

Justmoh Construction Limited has asked the government to speed up payments. This is for the 23-kilometre PTC-Agona Nkwanta road project in the Western Region.

Dr. Justice Amoh, CEO of Justmoh, made this appeal. He said delays in Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) are a major challenge for contractors. He hopes the government will address this issue quickly.

Dr. Amoh spoke on Friday during an inspection by Mr. Governs Agbodza, the Minister of Roads and Highways.

He stated, “Our main concern is financial issues. Since the project began, we have not received payment.”

He added that they continue to work despite these challenges. However, he noted that they have exhausted their resources. Their bankers are now hesitant to release more funds.
