King Promise wins Artiste of the Year at 26th TGMA 26th

Musician King Promise won the Artiste of the Year Award.

This was at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).

The event took place on May 10, 2025.

It was held at the Grand Arena in Accra.

King Promise beat several competitors for the award.

These included Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, and Black Sheriff.

Other nominees were King Paluta, Team Eternity, and Kwaku Smoke.

Many other awards were given out that night.

Winners included Ayisi, Empress Gifty, and Kofi Kinaata.

Esther Godwyll, Kweku Smoke, KiDi, Team Eternity Ghana, and Tulenkey also won.

Gospel singer Yaw Sarpong received a Lifetime Achievement Award.

He was honored for his contributions to gospel music.

In total, 32 awards were presented during the ceremony.
