Kufuor’s family member breaks silence on 51-year-old man claiming to be son of the former president

Apau Gyamfi, a niece of former President John Agyekum Kufuor, has responded to Kwamena Nuamah’s claim of being Kufuor’s biological son.

Nuamah, a 51-year-old tipper truck driver from Bogoso, recently shared his story on Lawson TV, revealing his lifelong search for his father’s identity.

Gyamfi, in a separate interview, urged Nuamah to follow the proper channels instead of using the media to seek attention. She emphasized that the family does not reject people but insisted that he should visit directly if he believes Kufuor is his father.

Nuamah’s quest began after learning from a relative that his father was a prominent man, leading him to Apagyafie in the Ashanti Region, where he suspects Kufuor might be his father.
