Kwahu Business Forum: Exhibitors, participants commend government for initiative

Exhibitors and participants at the Kwahu Business Forum praised the Government. They appreciated the platform for connecting business stakeholders. They urged the Government to consider their concerns in future policies.

The two-day Forum focused on "The Future of Business: The Role of the Financial Sector." It took place at the Mpraeso Social Centre in Kwahu South Municipality. President John Dramani Mahama led this initiative to support Ghana's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Mr. Ernest Twum Barima, CEO of Adepafie Market Company Limited, valued the Forum. He noted it allowed exhibitors to showcase products and engage with government officials. Mr. Barima hopes for similar events nationwide to reach more customers.

Mr. Kojo Osei, Head of Marketing at Empire Domus Company Limited, also exhibited at the Forum. He believes this initiative will attract investors to Ghana’s business sector. He reported a good number of visitors at his stand during the event.

Madam Dorcas Ntiamoah, a local resident and participant, shared her thoughts on the Forum's impact. She said it attracted government officials and financial institutions to Kwahu-Mpraeso. This could positively affect the local economy, especially in hospitality and tourism.

She urged the Government to continue this initiative annually. Madam Ntiamoah wants it to be more than just a one-time event for economic growth.
