Kwahu Business Forum about Ghana, not NDC or NPP – Julius Debrah

Chief of Staff Julius Debrah emphasized that the Kwahu Business Forum is a national initiative. It aims to promote industrialization and entrepreneurship in Ghana. This event is not politically motivated.

The forum is scheduled for Saturday, April 19. Debrah highlighted the need for unity across political lines. He stated that collaboration is essential to achieve the forum’s goals.

“I don’t want us to look at it as a political thing,” he said. President Mahama's vision focuses on Ghana's development and industrialization.

Debrah has reached out to opposition colleagues, including Hon. Bryan Acheampong. He seeks bipartisan support for this initiative.

“What the president wants to do is not about NDC or NPP,” Debrah explained. “It’s something that is about Ghana.”

He stressed that the forum aims to create lasting opportunities for future generations. The goal is for Ghana to benefit from sustainable industrial growth.

Debrah expressed optimism about support from opposition members. They have pledged to participate and contribute meaningfully to discussions.

“They will be there and make statements,” he noted. This project should be viewed as a national objective, he added.
