Veteran journalists Kweku Baako and Kwesi Pratt Jnr. reflect on decades of shared friendship, revealing how their early collaboration in journalism deepened their bond.

Baako recalled inviting Pratt to stay with his family in Labone, where they grew closer, despite initial doubts from his stepmother.

Their shared vision led to the creation of a journal, where Pratt’s skills played a key role.

Both have dismissed rumors of any rift, with Pratt clarifying their disagreements are purely ideological.

"We used to share a room, but now we have families—it’s just life," he said. Their enduring friendship remains a symbol of unity in Ghanaian journalism.
